After spending the night in Tampa, it was time to continue my trip south. There were five executives that chartered my plane and me for a flight down to Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport near Miami, which I actually had the pleasure of visiting IRL. Weather at Tampa is cloudy with light winds from the south east and 31C. Weather near Miami is clear, with light winds from the south east and 30.6C.
First thing was a long and leasurely taxi out to the runway
Lots of holding due to other traffic
You can almost feel the heat and humidity
Up up and away
Downtown Tampa in the background
On final into Dade-Collier
Parked in the GA area
Made about $1500 after fuel on this short hop.
